A very nice, clean convenient stay. Near to everything we need and they provide everything we need too. thanks!

It has all the facilities we need. Washer, dryer, iron (the iron is very effortless i like it). Hot water is working fine, heater also working fine. We have our own private toilet. The kitchen also has hot n cold water for u to drink, coffee available. There's also vacuum if u want to use. Anyways all in all its very convenient. The location is at Myeongdong station and very near to Myeongdong streets, underground shopping, and also meetup points for day tour. We go to Myeongdong street almost every night ????

We only can connect to the wifi on the first day and the last day ️ so sad, not sure why we cannot connect to the wifi the other days. The slope before reaching the guesthouse is very steep, if you are with luggages make sure to just go there by taxi from seoul station, its hassle free. Also no elevator, we are at 3/4th floor so yeah, need to climb up the stairs, but we are okay with it, its doable with the price we paid

Wonderful

The house is nice and comfy. Everything basic is there, was able to make some simple meals as well

Location is abit tiring, as you will need to climb up a rather steep slope. Can consider an exercise

Very Good

Spacious room with heater which was absolutely necessary as it was -14C! Basic room which served us well for 3 nights, no frills and pretty straightforward. We arrived at 3am and I notified the staff who gave me clear instructions on how go enter. Very helpful!

The room could've done with some modernisation, paint chipped in the bedroom in several places, marks along the wardrobe and scuffs. Just obvious signs of ware and tare! If you're not able bodied then this might not be very accessible. It was at the top of a fairly steep hill, we arrived and it was snowing (and -8C!) and quite the task to take our luggage up the hill. There also isn't a lift so worth considering these factors if you are a family or have mobility issues.

Excellent location and warm

Close to Myeongdong shopping area, provided umbrellas for the rainy days and the washer/dryer was great! Also surprisingly comfortable temperature given it was -12 celsius outside.

Room was a bit old and the shower setup meant that the whole bathroom gets soaked with water

For the minimalist used to the hostel vibe.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Price was great, the A/C was powerful and very needed as we were there in August. We did not spend much time in the room, so did not use the kitchen or laundry facilities. This is a good spot for a very affordable home base.

This is a very basic room and basic facility. The bathroom is a wet bath which we did not know in advance, and could be set up a little better (more hooks for towels, etc). With only overhead lights it was hard to have a quieter atmosphere at night, a couple of reading lamps would have been nice.

It’s been a good days to stay there. So happy to find this place.

Very strategies, very helpfull owner, clean, comfortable.

A bit tired since we need to steep incline road from myengdong to hostel.

comfort, space and location on a budget.

The check-in was very easy. I dropped off my bag in the morning and returned later once the room is ready. Host was super helpful and responsive over Whatsapp. The room is not luxury, but clean and pretty spacious. I know other guests complained about it being on a hill, but I didn't mind it at all since I travelled light. The location is really good in terms of getting to different parts of Seoul - it's really centrally located. And I took a tram ride with a friend in Seoul to the hill top and it was literally 1 min away. The neighbourhood is local, safe and quiet at night, with a nice character. It is perhaps not upscale, but who cares. if you are on a budget this is a great, great value. Thank you again!

The house is very very cute! If I were the owner, I'd give it a makeover to make it more modern and comfortable. But for the budget it is comfortable and I can live with it.

Great location for a visit to Seoul

Great shared facilities available like a kitchen and washing machine. Location is very central.

Room was basic and bed was uncomfortable. You have to walk up a big hill to get to the property which makes it inaccessible to some.

The location is very close to Myeongdong. The place has good facilities, very clean room and comfortable to stay. Free breakfast is also good. The owner is also accommodating and considerate.

Price is good, location wise quite okay as well, 5 minute walk to the station and about 10 minutes walk to MyeongDong street

The bathroom set up is a bit weird, the shower couldn’t function properly (Room 201) .. the guesthouse located on hilltop, and the hill is quite steep, not suitable for elderly.. and most of the cab refuse to go up ..

Wonderful

The room is big, location is great, there’s a kitchen where you can eat and cook food, there’s free use of laundry, the guest owner is very nice and accommodating. Just a few minutes walk from the bus station and subway.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing to note is that since the guesthouse is a bit uphill, you should be ready to walk

Good value for the price.

The place is spotless clean, and they give you fresh clean towels every singe day. Good value for the price. The location, just 5min walk distance from Myeon-dong Station, is hard to top. Self check-in is an asset, I like that. The bed was hard but comfy. The heated floor keeps the room warm all day.

I was unlucky enough to have had loud neighbours one night, and I could hear every single word they said like they were talking right next to me, the place needs some serious improvement in soundproofing. I was expecting a served breakfast and not a make-your-own-breakfast-and-then-clean kind of deal, I've had better breakfast experiences at low cost youth hostels. Moreover, the breakfast lacked many things, like jam/nutella/honey for the toasts. Only instant coffee as an option. Hot water lasts a few minutes, and then it gets too cold for a proper shower in the winter, I had to shower really fast every day.

It’s on top of the steepest hill I’ve ever seen but still worth it after eating all that street food

It was really close to Myeongdong. The room was huge and they had heated floors.

The walk uphill to get to the place. They didn’t have bath towels, only face towels. And we were not informed that we had to cook our own breakfast.

Good value for money.

The location was very close to the city center and safe to walk at night. For those with health problems, you should notice that the last 100m are on a sheer slope. For me it wasn't a problem, I enjoyed the climb. There was a water cooler on the floor and the host was kind enough to help with increasing the heat during the night. They supplied fresh towels everyday.

The breakfast was precarious, the bathroom not that clean.

The owner has been very accomdating to all my needs. The room is spacious and clean. They have provided everything from toiletries, bedsheets, good CRs. Thumbs up.

The location of the house ia quite steep but i had fun since i consider it as an exercise for me as well after my food trips
